Working with a group of students we have developed a unique interactive ‘scratch’ card which students can use to rate how they view their progress in the STEPS skills, as well as get their mates to rate them.

We are assessing the user, social and educational value of these resources and are particularly interested in how running a session using these interactive resources helps introduce this important topic of skills in the workplace, but also do they help students recognise and share their existing skills and qualities and get feedback from their peers.

We have already changed these resources following intense feedback sessions with students and staff and if you would like us to run a session with your students do let us know as we would love to get further feedback before developing this interactive into an online game, app or mobile learning tool.
